FASTING AND PRAYER WEEK 1

Praise God with songs and words of adoration

Forgiveness (Psalms 51) – Pray to God for His mercy, anyway in which you have sinned and fallen short, pray that the LORD will forgive you and have mercy upon you.

Prayer Points

1. Thank You God, for Your abundant mercy upon me and my family, You are always ready to forgive (Psalms 86:5).

2. Thank You God, for Your grace upon me and my family, though we have done nothing to deserve it, yet through Your grace we survive (Ephesians‬ ‭2:8-9).‬‬

3. Thank You God, for Your unconditional love for me, who am I that You are mindful of me, thank You for showing me what true love really means (Romans‬ ‭8:38-39).‬‬

4. Covenant keeping God, thank You for Your faithfulness upon my life, my family and my church (Deuteronomy 7:9).

5. Thank You God, for your protection upon my life and the life of my loved ones, through the pandemic, through other challenges, You never leave us, thank You for being our shield (Psalms‬ ‭138:7).‬‬

6. Thank You God, for Your preservation, for preserving my going out and my coming in, for ordering my steps and for preserving me from the enemy (Psalms‬ ‭121:7-8).‬‬

7. Thank You God, for daily supplying my needs, thank You for giving me food to eat, clean water to drink, clean clothes to wear, security, shelter and financial stability (Philippians 4:19).

8. Thank You God for Your guidance, instructions and teachings, thank You for showing me the way I should go and for always being watchful of me (Psalms 32:8).

9. Thank You God, for giving me the strength to keep going each day, thank You LORD for being there to hold me up (Isaiah 41:10).

10. Thank You God, for Your favour upon my life, thank You for giving me a future and for thinking about my wellbeing (Jeremiah 29:11).

11. Thank You God, for Your goodness, such great things You do for me, words are not enough to show my gratitude (Psalms 31:19).

12. Thank You God for the Comforter, the Holy Spirit and His indwelling presence in my life (Ephesians 1:13).
