Bible Study – Genesis 45 and 46

This weeks bible study lesson, will be based on Genesis chapter 45 and 46:

1) Reflecting on verses 5 – 7 (Gen 45), how powerful are Josephs words towards his brothers?

2) In verses 14-15 (Gen 45), Joseph shows his brothers love and affection, how do you think Joseph was able to forgive his brothers? What does forgiveness do for people?

3) What can we learn from Joseph’s challenges and victories over the 22 years?

4) Reflecting on verse 1-4 (Gen 46), how important were Jacobs actions?

5) Based on verses 29-30 (Gen 46), how special is Jacob and Joseph’s reunion?
