FASTING AND PRAYER WEEK 3

• Praise God with songs and words of adoration

• Ask God for forgiveness, based on Psalm 51 confess your sins and ask for mercy.

1) Heavenly Father, thank you for bringing to pass the former promises you have spoken about, I pray and declare a new start for me again, in Jesus name.

• Behold, the former things have come to pass, And new things I declare; Before they spring forth I tell you of them. Isaiah 42:9 NKJV

2) LORD please refresh my marriage, family, ministry and career with divine wisdom, in Jesus name.

• Wisdom is good with an inheritance, And profitable to those who see the sun. Ecclesiastes 7:11 NKJV

3) Holy Spirit, please visit the church again with fire and power just like You did on the day of Pentecost, in Jesus name.

• When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all [a]with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them [b]divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Acts 2:1-4 NKJV 

4) LORD, please cleanse the church afresh with the precious blood of Jesus, cleanse us thoroughly from our sins, in Jesus name.

• let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Hebrews 10:22, NKJV

5) Holy Spirit, please fill me with new zeal and commitment to the work of Your church like never before, in Jesus name.

• Then His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for Your house [a]has eaten Me up. John 2:17 NKJV

6) Holy Spirit, please baptize the church afresh with the love of God, that we may be united as one in love, in Jesus name.

• Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ. 2 Thessalonians 3:5 NKJV

7) LORD, please do a new thing in the church, please make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert for Your church, in Jesus name.

• Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness, And rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19 NKJV

8) Heavenly Father, please fill the church with a fresh zeal, to find a place where we can gather together to worship You, in Jesus name.

• So I answered them, and said to them, “The God of heaven Himself will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build….” Nehemiah 2:20 NKJV

9) Heavenly Father, all that is on earth belongs to You, please bless the church with all the resources needed for the new building, in Jesus name.

• The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein. Psalm 24:1

10) LORD, thank you for the land that You have given to Your church, a place flowing with milk and honey, this shall be the testimony of the church in Jesus name.  

• He has brought us to this place and has given us this land, “a land flowing with milk and honey”; Deuteronomy 26:9 NKJV
