Bible Study – 2 Peter 2

This weeks bible study lesson, will be based on 2 Peter 2:1-22.

Discuss the following questions:

1) What does verses 1-3 teach about false teachings?

2) Why are heresies destructive?

3) How do false teachings affect the whole church?

4) How can you protect yourself against false teachings?

5) Based on verses 4 – 8, What do these three examples have in common? And what do these examples teach us about God?

6) What kind of false promises does Peter say these teachers make?

7) What do you think verses 20 – 21 is trying to say?
